Sorry HOA moron, I had one of my best years and I bet I paid more money in taxes than you made. I am sorry you are so stupid and such a crying little baby.

Iowa ieads in production of corn used to feed livestock. Washington leads in the production of sweet corn that people eat. An article on the internet and the author either too stupid or lazy to google sweet corn production.

All you leftwing libs should be extra thankful today, especially if you still have a job.  Once Obamacare kicks-in, you might not have a job.  Oh, I forgot, you can get food stamps, unemployment, extended unemployment, medicaid, go to the local food pantry, and your government will be your nanny.

Oh, one other thing, once the rich have no more money to pay for taxes, the government will come after you  to work for free. They will sieze your remaining assests for the common good. The commune will rise again.  They call it Communism.

Nice!  Wisconny has its share of russets as well.
Brussels sprouts too bitter?  Try slicing in half, covering in olive oil, topped liberally with coarse-ground salt, garlic, coarse-ground black pepper, and roast them, single-layered on a sheet pan in the broiler until crispy critters...they'll eat them like french fries...

QTB-I question whether Yams and sweet pototoes are even in the same family .If I remember correctly, they are not.Nothing like a baked sweet potato or sweet potato pie.I grew up in Louisiana and we would eat sweet potatos weekly not on special occations.Ummmm!

I agree, it's not about the meal or what you eat. It's about who you share it with. Family, friends and people you don't no. We always set an extra place at the table to honor Jesus that's his place. Happy Thanksgiving and peace to you all. Sue J

Although the names are used interchangeably (yams & sweet potatoes) they are not the same.
Yams are stringy and sweet potatoes are not. If you've ever cooked a "yam" you'll know what I mean,
Both can be used for the same dishes, it's just most people don't like the stringy-ness of yams therefore sweet potatoes are used.
