Mardi Gras around the globe

Mardi Gras marks the season before Lent, when austere self-denial is the rule, and folks party down in a burst of normally out-of-bounds behavior that can last anywhere from a few days to a few months. It’s celebrated all over the world — in different forms, under different names and at different times — but everywhere in the same spirit of sanctioned abandon.

Y'all totally missed New Orleans Mardi Gras. With all the beauty on the streets, you put up a shot of y'ats at the barricade in Metarie. Too bad. We had a good one.

Saturday before Mardi Gras the Krewe of Edymion rolls in New Orleans. It is one of the largest parades in the world Kelly Clarkson was the grand marshal and performed in the Superdome were the parade ends. Endymion rolled out a new float this year that was over 100 yards long and carried over 250 riders the largest ever in New Orleans. The French Quarter is for the adults the parade routes are for the families, you can have the best of both in New Orleans

You forgot one of the greatest Carnivals, three colorful holydays with music, parades and partying in BARRANQUILLA-COLOMBI​A. Only who has lived it has enjoy it!!!!.

Um they forgot to put Panama and Colombia on here. If they're gonna have a article on Carnivals then they should do it right!
