you won't see Northern lights in Fairbanks in September!  not dark enough.  come back in November-March.

They picked the wrong month to tell you when to go to Yellowstone.  You should go as soon as school starts cause all the sweet little kids will be long gone and you will notice much fewer people.  Try September or October.
