Yes, I poke fun at the whole man-made global warming thing because it's sheer BS. A single volcanic explosion can have more of an effect on the global climate than ALL of the emissions produced by humans since they started walking upright. Even if everyone alive now "went green" and reduced their "carbon footprint" by 50% (which is simply not possible as long as you continue to breathe) it would change nothing. There is far too much atmosphere, planetary surface, oceanic volume, solar output, tectonic activity, coriolis force, greenhouse effect (necessary for life on Earth) ---plus any number of other factors--and FAR TOO FEW of you to make the slightest difference.
Sure, conservation is great. I recycle. So should you. Just don't fool yourself into thinking you're going to change the weather.
Climate change? Yes. It's inevitable.
Man-made? Yeah, right. Don't be ridiculous.
The United States comprises less than 2% of the Earth's surface. So your local weather DOESN'T MEAN CRAP.
