Stories in pictures: Spring green

No color signals spring the way green does, in the form of rain-soaked meadows, crisp asparagus tips, moss-covered walkways and strappy little dresses. Here, we take a look at some striking harbingers of the season.

Spring time began a few days ago on March 20th. It always brings me

an answer from flowers, birds are singing, and trees are greener than last

year's spring. My favorite time to be in this imaginary place of utopia

or great happiness guiding me to a rainbow of colors everywhere I go.

Is a real world filled with flowers and perfect happiness !

Outstanding! Spring is in the air which inspires romance. How lovely, take it in.

I also know and have driven down this avenue of trees many times, very very scenic...

Oh yes, I know this wood very well, it's in Kent, I miss bluebells and primroses and violets and cowslips, all growing wild in Kent.

Maybe periwinkle in colour. Also known as wild Hyacinth but Bluebells they are. Then soon followed by Bracken.

Walk down such a path in Ireland....ended in a bog...8 miles through the bog is 8 miles through hell.  Nice path we take in life can lead to a hellish end.

This area would be good for a casual stroll.

Beautiful photograph that brings back so many memories of my childhood in England.     However, these are bluebells not periwinkle flowers as noted under the photograph.
