what was the loud noise and wind we had this morning around 4:50am our building at work was just shaken and stuff was flying all around..have not herd a work on that in Branch Co. where all the trees are down...?

I enjoy watching the weather, but wish the maps would show the direction that the storm is moving.

After being without power nearly 2 weeks from "Albert" last October, I take heed.... better safe then sorry, got the necessities, fuel for the generator, dog food and wine.... this is New England, it happens. Good Book to read, cuddle under afgahn with the guy I love, let it snow. Help the economy giving the plow guys some OT and more work for the ski resports. 45 more days to the official first day of spring.

come on!! this aint gonna be even close to blizzard of 78!! now the storm is moving closer to coast wich means more rain!! along the massachusetts coast. wich is fine by me.........now only 6-8" along mass coast...but with alot of wind...wich does make it alot worse

I remember well, the Great Blizzard of 78.. I could relive that party.

Maybe not for the folks who owned oceanfront homes in Scituate, but it sure was fun in Harvard Square!
