Typical MSN - wrong facts.  The Harbor View in Martha's Vineyard (indeed most lodging) is wildly expensive.  They have it listed as "starting at $99."  I just checked their website and the low low rate in the middle of winter is $230 for a water-view room.  In June, it's $495.  So I'm thinking these odd 5 choices for a honeymoon must have been bought and paid for.

We did a mini-moon, but befitting our generation our mini-moon was 19 days, in recognition of t he fact we'll be married til death do us part, unlike today's couples.

WE always take mini vacations. 2 days here 3 days there, and once in a great while well take a full week for someplace really great. You gotta take vacations, even if its a mini one- get out of town together, take a roadtrip, stay in a jacuzzi hot tub suite....even if its only for a couple days.
