This is billed as a sample of the best holiday light displays in the United States, but lists Niagra Falls, Ontario. Granted, there is Niagra Falls, NY, and this locale should be cited as such or left off the list.

You missed at least three hoiday lights events that would top most of these: Starry Nights at Shelby Farms (featuring times to ride in your car, or in a horse-drawn carriage, or ride your bike, jog or walk through acres decorated with thousands of LED lights in the largest municipal park in the USA, just outside of Memphis, TN), Zoo Lights, at the world-class Overton Park Zoo n Memphis, and, of course, Elvis Presley's Graceland. Remember these for next year.

Holiday Lights? Which Holiday are they celebrating? I mean we have many different ones in the USA. Note: the word Holiday comes from Holy Day.

McAdensville, N.C. is beautiful this time of year with it display of lights. Use to be a small mill town but is now known as the Christmas Town Lightshow.  You ought to come see it if you are down South at Christmastime.  It's wonderful.

This is a childhood memory.  In Wichita Falls, Texas: Midwestern State University does a Festival of Lights every december with different kids stories and other scenes from fond memories displayed in lights with a drive through and sidewalks so you can choose to get out in the cold or stay in your vehicle.  Every year it is wonderful to go back and reminisce of so many childhood memories.
