news people only put the storms up usually that were sensationalized by the news media they forget about the real storms. katrina was a thunderstorm compared to karla camille Beulah and the one that hit galveston in the 1900 even betsy was worse than katrina so let katrina drop already the only thing that made katrina bad was people not wanting to listen they were told over and over again that even a minimal hurricane would devastate new orleans and that they should get out before it hit. unlike when camille wiped out half of mississippi where they made the news for 3 days and that was it. no one cried the government is at fault because a storm wiped out my home they picked up the pieces thanked the Lord they were still alive and rebuilt.

Too many people living on the land that wasn't ment to be lived upon! hurricane alley for example!  we build houses where storms and floods have always happened and then we have a huge disaster!  Stop the breeding we have to many people!!  Not enough liveable land!  When disaster happens we can't get out of the way with all the traffic!
